Back off inside Starter 600 / Medium 800 / Pro 1000 RPM.

Map your tier: 600 / 800 / 1000 requests per minute.
Queue on the client. Do not retry in a tight loop.
WebSockets: 50 connections per IP, 50 messages per second per connection. The Spot Trading API WebSocket adds a limit per command, and Pro REST has per-endpoint limits (Spot Trading API rate limits).
Repeated abuse can become 418 (banned). Stop traffic and contact support.
